Season 2 brought the first real theme to Fortnite: medieval knights and castles. It's also where the Battle Pass as a concept was born, with the Black Knight as the Tier 70 reward becoming one of the most iconic skins in the game's history. Tilted Towers was added to the map this season too, kicking off its long run as one of Fortnite's most fought-over drop spots.

Seizoensthema
Medieval knights, castles, and armor ran through the whole season's cosmetics. It's a simple theme by later Fortnite standards, no crossovers, no ongoing lore, but it's historically massive since it's the season that invented the Battle Pass model the game still runs on today.
