This season brought back Lucky Landing, cherry blossoms and all, along with the Lucky Temple next door. But the real star was the return of the Meteor hanging ominously in the sky, the object that kicked off Fortnite's whole evolving storyline back in 2018. The classic OG 50v50 limited-time mode came back too, a direct nod to Fortnite's very first LTM. As the season wore on, telescope camps popped up at high points, TVs started broadcasting llama test patterns and morse code, and meteorites began raining into matches during the final stretch. The 45-tier OG Pass featured Power Punk with a toggleable helmet, alongside Mecha R3X and Sir Raven, and the season trailer leaned into the moment with Aerosmith's "I Don't Want to Miss a Thing" playing over it.
