Season Theme
Runners is built around movement and the new Sprite system. Picking up after the Shattered live event, the story follows the escalating conflict between The Foundation and the Ice King, with Dr. Slone returning as a central figure. The island leans into a fast, mobility-first meta — sliders, power boots and air-leaps reward players who keep moving, while Sprites add a roguelite layer of collectible powers you carry between matches. An organized-crime undercurrent ties the season's POIs and characters together.
